Use The Work of Byron Katie and inquiry techniques to dismantle rigid associations.

Engage in safe social experiments to practice new ways of relating.
Use co-regulation & group work to shift patterns that were formed in relationships.

Meet Steven.
I’ve spent my life exploring (and stumbling through) what it means to be deeply human—what it takes to feel connected, grounded, and fully alive. Through years of somatic practice, men’s work, and community facilitation, I’ve learned that real transformation doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in spaces where we feel seen, supported, and challenged to grow.
That’s why I created Intimately Human—not as another self-help program, but as a living, breathing practice of embodiment and connection. A space where healing, resilience, and authentic expression become woven into daily life.
I’m not here to “fix” or “heal” anyone. My role is to create the conditions where your body’s natural wisdom can unfold—where stress can release, capacity can expand, and a fuller, more aligned version of you can emerge.
