Hello I’m Steven Rasovsky
I’m an educator, community builder, and somatic therapist. I help people release stress, fear, and trauma so they can reunite with their essential and authentic selves.
Each one of us deserve to thrive in the lives we are creating. Because many of our deepest hurts happened relationally, our biggest moments of healing must often also happen relationally. My approach is to use curiosity, community, and connection to create the space for people to re-embrace their ability to live in the present moment.
From a young age, I recognized that I have a gift for helping people feel safe and not judged. Cultivating this gift comes in large part from navigating my own personal suffering and pain. Depression, deep fear, and living in a family impacted by addictions and multigenerational trauma from war and communism are all part of my path. This journey brought me to find help in a variety of practices that have helped me regain sanity, trust, and hope, which I now share with others.
I founded Intimately Human as a platform for community learning based in embodiment. My hope is to help more people in the world live with an inner experience of safety, freedom and connection.
