The Journey Home to Your True Nature

a little bit about how I work.

We arrive in this life already whole, deeply embodied, and intuitively connected. Yet somewhere along the way, many of us lose touch with this inherent wisdom. We disconnect from our bodies, from our inner knowing, from who we truly are.

This journey isn't about becoming someone new. It's about reclaiming who you've always been beneath the noise, pressures, and masks. It's about remembering that you are enough, and that you already belong: to yourself and to life itself.

Here, you’re invited to arrive exactly as you are—imperfect, curious, and seeking—and be met with compassion, understanding, and attuned guidance.

This approach is experiential. You won't just learn theory about embodiment and connection, you’ll practice and integrate these tools.

The Intimately Human Philosophy:

We Are Here to Remember, Not to Improve

Community somatics embodiment practices in nature

The deepest purpose of our lives is to return to our original nature. It’s a state of embodied clarity, presence, and natural wholeness. Many of us have forgotten this, living in anxious, disconnected states shaped by societal urgency, trauma, and isolation.

Intimately Human invites you back home to yourself. Through courageous somatic practice, authentic self-inquiry, and supportive community, we reconnect with our body's innate wisdom, release layers of accumulated stress, and rediscover the vibrant clarity that emerges when we trust life again.

Healing and remembering aren’t solitary acts. They happen relationally. Each person's truth inspires another. In community, we resonate, mirror, and amplify our shared humanity, discovering that there is far more that unites us than divides us.

For Your Consideration:

How do you cultivate embodied capacity for relating and expressing?

How do you transform anxiety and overwhelm into presence and clarity?

How do you anchor into embodied knowing when so much around you pulls you into distraction?

(I love good questions)

"To be human is to be beautifully flawed, aching and reaching, loving and breaking, and still choosing to begin again."

Let’s get to know one another…

A community healing circle practicing presence, attunement, and mutual support.

My name is Steven Rasovsky, and I’ve spent my life exploring, and often stumbling through what it means to feel deeply human. After years of private practice and facilitating spaces dedicated to embodiment and relational healing, I created Intimately Human to share the practices I’ve learned along the way.

I come to this work because I needed it. My story includes anxiety, family addiction, depression, and panic attacks. My body was constantly tense, exhausted, and sick, hidden behind a mask of joy and people pleasing. For a long time, shame and self-loathing were my closest companions.

Eventually, I collapsed and realized I needed help.

It was through somatic practice, embodied men’s work, and the vulnerability of leaning into community that I began to feel safer in my body, and a greater sense of agency in life.

Over the next decade, what started as my personal path toward healing became my passion and profession. And my process isn’t “finished.” I continue to learn daily from the experiential lab of life. I draw from those direct lessons as much as my training to support others on their own journeys toward embodiment and self-connection. Because I’ve learned this: there is more in common between us than separates us.

My approach combines somatic methods (Hakomi, Compassionate Inquiry), parts work, authentic relating, breathwork, self inquiry, and the power of community. I share these practices because they've changed my life, and I've seen them help many others in their journeys.

I’m not here to “fix” or “heal” anyone. My role is to create the conditions where your body’s natural wisdom can unfold. Where stress can release, capacity can expand, and a fuller, more aligned version of you can emerge.

  • "Steven possesses a talent for illuminating the heart of human challenges with eloquence, precision and warmth. His words create immediate "aha" moments that transform understanding into embodied wisdom. His guidance strikes that perfect balance: intellectually clarifying while emotionally resonant, confidently directed while deeply compassionate. When Steven holds space, you feel simultaneously inspired to grow and completely accepted exactly as you are."

  • “I got matched with Steven as my facilitator in a Mens Embodiment Group and it transformed the way I now relate to myself. Time and time again I was met with tender understanding from Steven and my stubbornness, and self-limiting beliefs softened. My body began to experience trust in a way I hadn’t ever felt before. For the first time I began to speak what my body was actually feeling, trusting that my internal truth would be safely held. With Steven’s relentless support through that experience, I’ve stepped into a more authentic, intentional version of myself. The greatest gift of all, however, is my own internalized anchor of loving trust, which I am eternally grateful for.“

  • "Your presence and attunement felt so gentle, spacious, and boundaried...in a subtle way that didn’t need words. It felt inviting, reverent, and intentional, gently guiding me back to myself, to my body, to the present moment instead of fleeing the sensation as I rested my head on your chest. The charge was ready for me to relate to within me. There was an unspoken depth in the slow spaciousness you offered: nothing pushed, nothing prescribed. I didn’t have to run from it by grasping for more than I could take, even if my body deeply longs to be held by the masculine on an energetic, spiritual level. I'm grateful for you, and I'm grateful for my capacity to slow down to savor and attune to your medicine."

  • "When Steven holds spaces, it feels like I am being held by the father I’ve always wanted. I experience him like a solid oak tree. He’s not going anywhere. He’s not going to leave my experience, he’s not going to add his interpretations, he is simply witnessing. Steven’s presence is a reminder of my own tree-like masculine energy that lives within me. What’s so helpful about working with him is that I see a really beautiful model of self-regulation, and then my own body starts to build its own capacity to do what Steven does for me; observe without judgment, witness without urgency, love without agenda."

    Naveed H.

  • "Steven has been a steady and transformative presence in my life for years. With him, I know I am always met with compassion, strength, and a deep, unwavering presence. He doesn’t just listen, he truly sees me, creating a space where I feel safe to explore, grow, and be fully myself. His grounded way of being helps me find my own center, and the way he moves through the world naturally opens doors within me that I didn’t realize were closed. His wisdom isn’t just something he’s studied, it’s something he lives. Having him in my life has changed me in ways I can’t fully put into words, and I’m beyond grateful for the impact he’s had on me."

Ways to Work Together

Private Sessions

In our 1-on-1 sessions, you’ll be guided through a relational and embodied process of self-discovery. Using somatic practices, breathwork, and inquiry, we create space to meet your experience with honesty and compassion. This process gently loosens patterns shaped by urgency, trauma, or disconnection, allowing your natural clarity and grounded self-trust to re-emerge. Engaging in this work deepens your capacity to stay present with life, so you can respond rather than react, and remember the wholeness that was never lost.

Monthly Membership

In community, we become mirrors for each other. Each person’s truth illuminates the next, helping us see what we might otherwise miss and creating the conditions for meaningful growth. Stepping into this process expands your capacity to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and presence, allowing you to live fully rather than contracting in fear or overwhelm.

Each week, our live sessions explore essential themes of human experience through practical somatic and self-inquiry techniques.
