Our weekly online sessions blend small-group practice, whole-group integration, and live demonstrations with guided teaching segments that give you somatic skills around topics that matter in your life. This space isn’t about intellectually understanding these tools. You’ll have the chance to embody and integrate them, with witnessing from the container we build together.

Weekly Explorations:
Each week, our live sessions explore relevant themes of the human experience through practical somatic and self-inquiry techniques. Here are some examples, though actual material may vary depending on the needs of the cohort.
⊹ Control —> Surrender: Letting go of the tight grip. Trusting your body and life.
⊹ People-Pleasing —> Embodied Boundaries: No longer abandoning yourself to be liked.
⊹ Exhaustion —> Vitality: Releasing what drains. Choosing what restores.
⊹ Overwhelm —> Inner Stillness: Creating space to rest in presence.
⊹ Self-Criticism —> Self-Kindness: Softening the inner voice. Meeting yourself with warmth and care.
⊹ Isolation —> Connection: Stepping out of separation. Letting yourself be seen and met.
⊹ Fragmentation —> Wholeness: Gathering the lost parts. Weaving yourself back together.
⊹ Numbness —> Aliveness: Awakening sensation and feeling again.
